Into My Garden Come

Performing a poem

I started knitting the words of a poem by Emily Dickinson "there is another sky", which spoke to me, deep in my soul. Images, as I saw them, of the other heaven, of the just and pure, of nature with flowers and the sounds of insects buzzing signify to me freedom, light, change, joy. The poem became my mantra and I knitted a dress /sculpture with the words and my tears together.

The dress / sculpture, becomes the symbol of liberation, personal or social. In the video a performance unfolds, a journey to the creative boulevard of Existence, a journey into our personal garden and light.
